1. Is Unique Finance Agency active in Switzerland and the Nasdaq Stock Exchange is traded there?

2. Not sure if it is active in Switzerland. In NASDAQ it does not seem trade also. When I search online the ticket UFIL comes up.Thx.

5. Givaudan is listed as an ADR per there own company they are no sponsored ADRs in the USA , yes they
   are traded here.

6. Yes it is traded here though the company say there is no ADR. It is traded as an Unsponsored ADR. BK, CIT, DB, JPMC are the depositories. If there is investor interest depositories can create ADRs on their own. You can check here.https://www.adrbnymellon.com/news-and-publications/overview

8. I do not think Unique Finance company is listed as ADR in the US markets. Thanks for the comment.

9. Many of the ADR OTC listings for Switzerland seem un-invest-able. Symbols not found, data not found, zero trading volume, etc. If you do not recognize a name it probably is not worthwhile researching. If a gem is found nobody else will ever know it (purchase at high price) for years.
