Foreign Chemical Makers Offer Investment Opportunities

In the most recent M&A deal in the chemical industry, Belgian chemical and plastics maker Solvay (SVYZY) agreed to buy French speciality chemical maker Rhodia(RHAYY) for 3.3 billion Euros.
