Though Singapore is tiny city-state it has many banks.There are over 100 foreign banks since Singapore is becoming an offshare tax haven in recent years.
Locally there are local large commerical banking companies. DBS and UOB trade in the pink sheets market in USA.
The 3 banks are as follows:
1.DBS Bank Limited (DBSDY)

2.Overseas-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited
3.United Overseas Bank Limited (UOVEY)
Market Cap (as of Oct 24,2008): $21.0B
